Promote ‘Smart Growth’

    Ø Require that schools, roads, water, sewer, fire and emergency medical services (“Infrastructure”) keep pace with development.

    ØVote to pass the Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance requiring Infrastructure funding concurrent with new home construction.

    Ø Fight to keep growth in the “Growth Zone”

Preserve our Open Space

  ØProvide incentives to retain prime agricultural land through programs such as the Transfer of Development Rights and the Open Space Preservation Program.

Protect our Environment

  ØRequire the use of the most effective sewage disposal systems.

  ØAggressively advance the Kent County Environmental Awareness/Assistance Programs.
